Very good doctors. 2 surgeries that will see patients. Very professional. Reception staff are fantastic especially Stella!
Since the Thornton rd surgery took over our valley park surgery it has got worse over the years , there is a doctor there for only about 3hrs , closes Wednesday and Thursday afternoons, there is no Saturday morning surgery and and you do nor often get to see the same doctor. There is a wonderful receptionist the called Stella , who is so helpful and when she is away the temporary receptionist are most unhelpful, almost like they are there out of sufferance.I am disabled and live on Cherry Trees at valley park so this surgery is the most convenient for me .There are lots of patients on the list here but still we do not get a similar service offered at Thornton Rd surgery where there is a choice of doctors.The waiting area of the valley park surgery is all most like a large Hall way , and the seating has been getting less over years. There are NO CHAIRS of a higher level for the disabled.
My 8months old and myself, been waiting for a follow up birth test and to date, despite complaining in writing nothing! what on hesrth are you paid by the tax payers (including myself) to do? cChat and write reports all day?
