I WOULD NOT ADVICE ANY OF MY FRIENDS OR FAMILY TO GO TO DR BASKARAN. I DONT EVEN KNOW HOW HE BECAME A DOCTOR. EVERYTIME WE GO HE ALWAYS MAKES ME OR MY FAMILY FEEL STUPID. WHEN WE GO TO A GP, WE GO FOR ADVICE AND POSITIVENESS, IF WE KNEW THE ANSWER WE WOULDNT GO IN THE FIRST PLACE. HE ALWAYS THINKS EVERYTHING IS FINE. ANYTIME WE GO FOR ANY PROBLEM OR HEALTH CONDITION HE JUST SAYS ITS FINE, NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT. SOMEONE FROM A HIGHER AUTHORITY NEEDS TO REVIEW HIS RECORDS AND HAVE A CHAT WITH SOME OF THE PATIENTS TO FIND OUT HOW WE ARE BEING TREATED AND LOOK INTO WHAT HE IS DOING. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. ALSO EACH TIME I GO HE TALKS ABOUT HIS DAUGHTER AND HIS FAMILY. I DONT GO TO GP TO KNOW ABOUT HIS FAMILY BUT HE ALWAYS MENTIONS WHERE THEY ARR WORKING ETC LIKE I NEED TO THIS STUFF. ALSO THE OTHER DOCTOR THIRUCHANDRAN DOES THE SAME THING AND TALKS ABOUT WHAT POSITION HIS SONS WORK IN ETC. I DONT CARE.
I am very disgusted with Dr baskaran and his practtise, As a family we have known him for many generations and to have him speak to my mother the way he did."hurts me very much.Not only was he rude in telling my mother she was wrong for asking for a second opinion because him and his daughter wrongly prescribed the wrong medical advise and medicine which could potentially of been fatal in a elderly lady "my mother...my mother left that surgery feeling worse than she did before she entered the room...my mother was declined a CT head scan from DR Baskaran inwhich she was entitled to due to her illness but instead he told her off in a rude manner and told her to live with her illness and then DR Baskaran left to go on holiday leaving my poor mother without any comfort as to what she should do next feeling poorly..This is not acceptable by any means and I will be making a formal complaint to why my mother was not offered a Second opinion or a CT scan at her request (senior citizens ) should not be treated this way.
