Poorly ran gp surgery... receptionist are clearly unhappy as always complaining/moaning or gossiping about something work related. Access to the building is poor.. narrow walk and doorway... feels like an obstacle course with a pram, barely anyspace inside for prams... maybe consider a storage shed for prams so no need to bring inside and take up space. The take 2 working days to process repeat prescriptions, why should it take this long, all the other gps i been register, submit your repeat by certian time i.e. before 12pm and will be ready to pick up after 2pm next working day. Receptionist dont have the common sense to tell you your repeat needs reviewing when u put ur request in, as if they disregard whatever youve written down if its not on there... no common sense to call the patient and say "we couldnt put your request through as ur medication needs reviewing with a doctor"They wont bother because the dont care.After i get my referal for my son to a speciallist im leaving!
I went there today to register . I entered from the wrong gate and was having trouble going in with my baby in a pushchair. The lady at the reception was looking at me but didnt help! Staff should be friendly and helping.
