Never again to this sick place.Reception without any competence, every patient who comes in is hearing that a woman does not understand him (and she has a lack of basic English if you need to repeat it three times the same or write on a piece of paper, I kindly ask you for privacy).A young doctor, at first glance, but without experience, did not examine the son as it should, Child with a fever and he looked at him to the throat and tells the virus, he sent us home.As it turned out the child did not sleep another night, fever up to 38.7. Another doctor in another place stated an inflammation of the ears and this fever for a few days lack of examination of the ears in children is a total lack of knowledge and skills from the doctor like him should receive allowances, the doctor was outraged to hear that the child doctor you do not want to hear about she said it and how she expressed it
Never go there. Fully not recommended.I have been there with my little baby. They always said that is healthy and doesnt have any medical problems. I came in my country for Christmas and because I was not convinced that he is healthy I decided to have a check on him.The doctors here diagnosed him with bronchitis and respiratory failure.THINK 10 TIMES BEFORE GOING THERE.
I'd be interested to hear from the staff. Used the practice for 5 years. For the first 4 it was top notch and would have given 5 stars. The last 12 months has seen a drop in service. Cuts maybe? Too many people? But something has changed...
I just spent 45 minutes on hold trying to get an appointment, only for the receptionist to hang up on me once I got through. Now I've called back and I'm number 14 in the queue, so it's going to be at least another half hour wait. What a joke.Once I finally got through (total time waiting 1.5 hours) they did not have any appointments left. Why they cannot inform people of this via the automated on hold message, to save people waiting, is beyond me. It would also save their staff having to deal with frustrated people.Apparently I can call back at 2pm but they don't have many available for then, so it doesn't sound hopeful. Also the online system to book appointments has no appointments available at all for any time. It does rather beg the question, if they cannot cope with the volume of patients they currently have, why are they still touting for new patients on their website!?UPDATE: After getting an appointment, I needed to get some test results. It took about 20 calls to finally get through to them. Often the line goes dead when you reach the end of the (long) call queue. On other occasions it says the surgery is closed, even though it's within the opening hours given on the automated message. Eventually I got through and was told the results were "repeat test", with no notes as to why. They had not contacted me to tell me this, nor would they I guess. I have just been to sign up with a new doctors surgery, as I really don't think this one is fit for purpose!
I would just like to say there is a young man on reception who is really helpful and approachable. He is a great asset to the surgery
