Getting appointments at Green side are very difficult so I went to Croydon mayday hospital and the doctor prescribed me an antibiotic and arranged an appointment at green side for me.I went there and the doctor at green side said that that was "funny" and said he will arrange a nurse's appointment at a later date but the time they had set was very bad, which I had informed them specifically about.After that I struggled to reach there and was 8 minutes late. They cancelled my appointment themselves.What can I do? I work in a hospital miles away.Do they expect me to go A&E? I feel strongly obliged to move surgeries due to this. It was a horrible experience.
Nothing good about this place.Cant get an appointment, the doctors are useless most of the time, tell you to book another appointmnt rather than dealing with your problems there and then. If you do get an appointment , its normally over a month and they wonder why so many DNA. They need a better system. The receptionists need training too. Often we have requested prescriptions which we have to re order. The owner really needs to take note of these reviews.
Receptionist refused to book all my 3 young children an emergency appointment this morning. Will see one but not all. Told me they probably just have a cold or tonsillitis, and to go to pharmacy. Antibiotics can't be given by pharmacy without a prescription, shows how much the receptionist knows. Her attitude and lack of empathy is appalling. I'm now changing doctors.
Receptionist is of no use, very rude and needs to changed (Dr's are very good if you manage to see any)
After arriving to the place at 10 in the morning I was informed my appointment was cancelled because the nurse stuck in Ghana but they just found out, so they will be calling patients now to cancel the appoitments. If you get stuck in Ghana you know about it ealier then 5 min before you starting work, for sure and you should email or call work to inform about it ASAP not 5 minutes before first patient!! My previous experience with them was not really good, they lost my application and it seemed for them to move arse from chair and look for it. Terrible customers service! Unhelpful! All what I ususally hear is: ''I can do nothing about it''. AVOID!
