surgery helped me see a nurse as i am travelling staff are very helpful and i am very happy with their work
I have seen dr yesterday and he was very nice i would definetley recommend good surgery
The surgery is very good am able to get appt or telephone from gp or nurse when I need, the reception are very nice and ready to help with any emergency
The worst surgery I have ever seen before. Receptionist very incompetent. Simple change of address she wasn't able to perform causing me to miss my appointments and prescriptions. When booking appointment it takes ages before a GP actually sees you most of the time causing my symptoms or whatever I have to worsen. I am definitely in the process of changing surgery as I don't think they have their patients at heart.
Do not go to this GP, my girlfriend had an appointment and the so called doctor had to google the stuff my girlfriend has told her as she had no clue. Very unprofessional, if she had no knowledge then a redirection to a specialist would be appropriate?? She then said she has no clue what the problem could be but still offered that she might go on antibiotics for 6 months!!!! Are these people crazy? Offering antibiotics without being sure of the cause?? If you care about your health, do not visit that GP.
