No complain whatsoever. Amazing place,good location,friendly reception. Will definitely stay here again.
It was ok, clean and warm, but keep in mind you have to cook your own breakfast if you want some, and no staff are on site

Excellent place if you want to stay in London. Stayed here for couple of months and the rooms are very clean, well maintained and with a good housekeeping team. The guests also have an all day breakfast provided and easy access to a kitchen if you want to cook your meals. Laundry facilities too are provided. The location is very close to the Addiscombe tram stop and it's easy to get to East Croydon for the train service.
