Great location for transport. Great breakfast and lovely hotel. I would recommend it and will stay again great value.
Stayed in room 315Nice corner plot of the building and quiet.Not impressed with the cleaner knocking on my door at 0855 on Sunday morning and then attempting to let herself in, way to earlyLovely breakfast with veggie sausages I will return here
Very convenient for East Croydon Station. Staff very efficient and very helpful. I had read adverse comments about the room, bed, etc, but found that these were OK. No complaint about the Queen bed room with bed settee. Room and bathroom immaculate. Only slight criticism is that the TV screen appeared to be damaged because we could see several vertical lines on screen when we were watching it. No channel 4!.breakfast food was luke warm even though we had breakfast at seven o clock One really good thing is that even when you check out the hotel will look after your luggage free of charge whilst you conduct your business in the area. It would be a good thing if they advertised this on their website. Do t know of any other hotel that offers this service. If I needed to be in the area again I would definitely stay there again.
A great conference centre. I attended an event here. The rooms were airy and well lit with some natural light too. Staff seemed helpful and the areas were clean. Getting in and out of the building can be a little confusing but is generally well sign posted. There is also a lift.
Clean, tidy and just enough space in room. Friendly staff, good breakfast selection but no shower cap available in bathroom. Main thing was 5 minute walk to Luna House and secure car park across the road but you have to pay.
