Rooms quite large and much cheaper than being in central Croydon. Staff are friendly. Breakfast is reasonable - better than most of the other hotels in the area. Dinner not great at all though - I'd advise you to eat before coming back to the hotel. Large HD TVs in the rooms, only hotel in the area to have that.
Excellent staff horrible location chipped furniture stained carpets but very cheap
Visited the Hilton hotel for a work Christmas do. So we had a 3 course dinner which was disappointing. The starter we did not get to choose from, the second course was roast turkey and the trimmings. The dinner was disappointing a few sprouts, two potatoes and some meat on the plate. For pudding should of been mince pies or a berry compote ended up with berry compote instead of mince pies. The entertainment was good as we had a dj all night. Brought a bottle of wine and coat 32
Nice Hotel, had a lovely room and great breakfast. Daytime staff were helpful. Night was a little more interesting, had police in attendance and quite a lot of commotion/ a number of loud parties coming from other rooms until the early hours and some interesting characters roaming the hallways!, although to be fair I could have just chosen a bad night to stay. Overall comfortable beds, relatively quiet rooms and decent food so if I had to return to Croydon I would stay again.
