Nice hotel if your not above the party entertainment room, felt like DJ was in my room, no waring of this on booking or from reception staff,
There was only 1 staff member here that was nice. all staff members are so RUDE including the manager. Food is mediocre for what they charge. Rooms are basic. We paid 15 a night for our puppy to stay with us ad was just moaned at. Money was moved in our room even when we put a sign on the door not to go in. Also, condom wrapper down the side of our bed which i took pictures of and have made an official complaint to Hallmark.
Friendly, excellent service. Breakfast was lovely and hotel very nice. Only down side was we were in Room 114 which was a nice room but not enough lighting. All in all enjoyed our stay.
We stayed in an executive suite which was clean tidy and spacious. Where our room was situated resulted with me having a peaceful nights sleep. Bliss. The breakfast selection consisted of juices, cereals and various fried items which were tasty and plentiful. We found that staff members were always available and approachable. Only Four stars because the AC was loud. That was an easy fix. Switched it off, hence the peaceful nights sleep. We liked the place so there will be a return visit.
Convenient location, friendly staff, safe as well with doormen and late night key checks. Quiet corridors, not disturbed by other guests. Concierge very nice and helpful.......
