Surprisingly really nice. But no so great if you are staying more than a few nights. Food is a tad over priced but thai fish is nice.
Clean and spacious rooms. No concierge service., although restaurant, bar, breakfast dining area. Overall, satisfactory experience.
Good sized room and friendly staff. It was easy to find with parking just over the road. God options for food too.
Exceptional reservation handling by Reda (Front Office Manager), she even arranged a special surprise for my friends birthday. Check In team (two new girls I think), we're really friendly. All the team we met including the housekeeping staff interacted with us and were outgoing and personal in their approach. Amazing stay thanks to you and your team!
Comfortable bed, room plenty big enough. Restaurant food quite good compared to other hotels in the area. Well situated. Beds not as big as some other chains though, and the carpets/bathrooms/TVs/sofas do feel a bit dated. Also can be quite expensive.
