Really disappointed with scs especially Scott who works there! We received our corner sofa fine but with a damaged pouffe I contacted the office straight away an was told to email photos of the damage which I did they then didn't reply back so I contacted the office again who said I had to contact the store the store sent me a email with delivery information for a new pouffe and they never turned up on the date allocated so we still have a damaged pouffe!
The young Indian sales man was knowledgeable in the company product of various different makes of sofas. His linguistic skills were par excellence and gregarious by nature. Enjoyed dealing with the young salesman. No issues raised were a problem. The store is based in Purely way, Surrey. Worth the visit.
When you walk into a carpet shop you expect to be greeted by a salesman who can tell you about the different carpets. When we walked in there were a group of them having a chat, none of whom came over or seemed the least bit interested. I had to go and find someone after 5 minutes of browsing and ask them to come over. When I did I wished I hadn't as the level of knowledge wasn't what I felt it should be. Just go next door to Carpet Right, found them so much friendlier and more knowledgeable as well as making it a lot simpler to identify the right carpet for your needs
Sofas are nice and delivered on time.Salespeople were nice.2 cushions missing which was noted on delivery sheet.Rang to arrange delivery.They said leave it to them.............nothing.Went into the showroom. They said leave it to them............nothing.Sent an email.They said leave it to them.......have to wait 10 weeks!!!!!2 cushions.Incompetent aftercare.Useless.
Must admit I wasnt aware of all the bad reviews on here but I recently had a great experience with this store. Staff are nice and friendly, Peter in sofas was excellent without being pushy and is very friendly and professional. David in carpets was brilliant as well with really good aftercare too. Carpet went down a couple of weeks ago and the sofa followed the week after. Couldnt be happier!
