I bought a sofa and they were supposed to deliver it today. But the delivery people came and went back with out deliveing it. They said the lift was small , which it wasn't. They were unhelpful. The guy who sold it to me said he will refund me. I went to the shop and he said he will deduct the delivery chareg which he hasn't mentioned before.When i said you didn't tell me before, one of his colleague said he heard him and called me a liar. He said to me your are a liar.He treated me like i stole something from him. I have never experienced anything like that from any where. I was so upset , i just wanted to go out from that place.So i am with out a sofa, they took my money and wasted my time and get called a liar by the staff. If i could give it - stras i would. One off the worst place i have been. I don't recommend this place to any one. There are alot of places you can go and treated like human.
I bought a great ottoman bed in house of Reeves the salesman John was great help I received my bed yesterday and this is when things get dissapointing, my delivery slot was between 11 and 1 they arrived around 10:30 - 10:45 I was at work and my mum who was in at the time asked them why they hadn't rung me and they said they didn't have to which is strange considering the previous day I spoke to John and he said they would call me? Then when my mum asked them how long it would take to put the bed together as she had to go out they rudely responded with I don't know stop panicking, so my mum called me I come back from work and they had finished, if they would of said how quick they'd be I wouldn't of had to come home, also I hope you like rubbish as the delivery men leave it all behind for you the clear up for them and I also had a scratch on my newly painted room that I had to touch up, so all In all Bed 5 stars, Salesman John Good, Delivery Men, Leave a lot to be desired!

Honest common sense advice. No hard sell. Just genuine help. Been here before. Just as helpful the second time round.
Good customer service but when it came to delivering they let me down. I bought a bed and paid for putting the bed together but was told that I have to cover my white carpet because their stuff can't wear coverings for their shoes. I don't have any covering to put on the carpet which means that I am gonna be left with a stained carpet. Also they don't have a delivery time slot to offer you which means that you have to wait on them the whole day cause you have to call them on the delivery day to give you a slot. Very disappointed. I was planning to go back and buy the rest of my bedroom furniture but after this i try somewhere else.
