Howdens are perfectly happy to sell you a kitchen, but if anything goes wrong afterwards, they are less than useless. Offhand customer service as I try to track down a new dishwasher door to replace one damaged by steam leak from their substandard dishwashers. I would never buy from them again. I was passed around South London branches who all claimed that while they had them in stock, they were keeping them for other customers. Avoid.
Poor service
Amazing customer service. The team, led by the super-friendly Assistant Manager Maddie Aadhan, could not have been more helpful. I was only opening a trade account and making my first purchase, but I was treated with genuine care and attention throughout. This is rare these days, so I will definitely be back soon, and I would have no hesitation in recommending this branch of Howdens to others.
