Waste of time... They just wait 2 days before the delivery date to call you and tell you it's going to be delayed... for another month! That happened 3 times! Just go somewhere else...
Can I give less than 1 star? Terrible customer service and zero competency in problem solving. Dont buy from this store !
Reasonably well priced acceptable sofas. Helpful sales until you are signed up and then indifferent. Extended warranty not worth the money, if there is a problem you have to pay for an assessment before any claim will be considered. There was a problem with upholstery that was not covered because it was 3 days, which included Christmas, outside the 12 months period. An officious sounding person explained that the company only has to offer 6 months warranty but company "goodwill" extends it to 12 months. I will not be shopping here.again and would not recommend the company.
Great friendly staff, eager to help but happy for us to just take our time and look. No pressure to buy.
On the day we veiwed and purchased our furniture the service and attention was first rate,but I went into my local store today to pay the balance on our purchase and the store assistant was as about as welcoming as a robot,I've just spent a thousand pounds in your store a little more of a welcoming attitude wouldn't go amiss,a bit of staff training might be in order,have a nice day!
