Was looking to buy a sofa, table and chairs, I got exactly what I wanted. Jason who helped me with my purchase was friendly and helpful, he was able to advise me and made great recommendations, he really knew his stuff. Amazing customer service! Would definetly recommend furniture village..
Disappointed with service. I ordered a nest of tables & was told I would be able to collect them in 7-10 days. No news after 18 days so I phoned & was told they would contact the warehouse and get back to me. No one returned my call so I phoned again. The item is still in the warehouse I have now been told it should be available at the weekend - more than 21 days after I ordered it. Was the original order actually processed?
Can only comment on the ordering process as it is 11 weeks before I receive the sofa. Conflicting information on my 2 visits, however got there in the end. Very knowledgeable 2nd sales assistant. 1st assistant not fully trained on the details of the sofas
