Lost all my items in the Shurgard Purley Way fire, wish I never used this company at all, customer service is poor, they say they liaise with you, they ring you and just provide your insurance details, no sympathy or help really, dont listen to their reply of customer service will be in touch, thats doesnt help with anything nor can they answer questions, useless robots

This is first time using it. Very cheap price for the containers to store anything (restrictions are there like plants and others). There is some restrictions as well as I had my container on 1st floor and only that fits on lift I can keep. Good security control around the containers and premises. accessible 24/7 which is great.
Reasonably priced and good set up, does what it says on the tin sort of place.
