GREAT STORAGE & GREAT SERVICE with a smile, and a cuppa if you're lucky :)It was my first time ever getting storage anywhere outside my house, so the guys at BYSS, Thornton Road (Croydon) - Netta, Ata, Shane & Ryan - really welcomed me in and broke down some viable options to the kind of storage I needed. A super smooth process indeed, and would highly recommend it to any1 needing some space, simply to store stuff (big/small) for a duration of time, at some pretty competitive rates. As for customer service, felt pretty much at home with these guys, maybe it's just me, I just value people over machines I guess, that connection with a physical person who goes above n beyond to get you sorted whatever the case...which these guys did :)

Good friendly customer service, information given about storage units with know pressure to take one. Tour of the units to give you a better idea of space. Again know pressure. Overall I was impressed. Security was explained and I left happy
