Had a very good experience, found the process very easy (with the help of the staff). I was online looking for quotes, about 5 minutes after I had done this I received a call from the office. I was guided through the process, asked what size storage I needed and then asked to come and view the storage. I chose a bigger unit that I thought I wanted, but no pressure from the staff. I got half price for three months and 30 of free packaging. Thank you to all the staff who I found helpful, polite and above all not pushy. Would definitely use them again if I needed to.
Great price and 24/7 access makes it an ideal location for short term or long term storage. I used it for 3 months to store my stuff before moving into a new place. Friendly staff. Hope office hours can be a bit longer during weekdays.
I've only used one self storage place and this is it. The service was excellent. Everything was explained and the after care was good too. I needed a copy of some things months later and they were more than happy to send it over. The only gripe I had was the refund I got from knowingly overpaying was through a cheque as apposed to the original method of payment.
