Literally moved and stored 2 days ago at BBYSS. I could not fault them! The registration was quick and easy. Mike was extremely helpful and took his time helping me with accessing the unit and logging in/out. Thank you Desirae for helping me make my mind up a few months back!
Great staff and fairly priced. I live in Sidcup and had the choice of the Orpington or Beckenham locations. On my way home from work I dropped into Beckenham to just get an idea on price. Andy greeted me on the desk and offered to show me around. He walked me through the process and showed me a few different sized rooms. He discussed what I needed and offered me a discount as I only needed for no more than a month. He was fantastic and an absolute pleasure to do business with. Because he was so helpful and non pushy, I opted to reserve a room with him there and then. He made sure he was available when we came to move in, offering us a cup of tea on arrival. The service was exceptional. Would highly recommend
