I've used this P.O only a few times having just moved here. The 1st time the older Indian woman ( big eyes maybe 38- 42 yrs) was very abrupt! Bad customer service & lacks manners. The 2nd time was today 8/01/19 around 3pm & there was no change. The younger woman is very pleasant.I'll excuse myself in the queue just to be served by the well mannered helpful & friendly younger woman.I was thinking about putting in a complaint to Royal mail buy my son said to leave it.
My local post office, it's important to support our local businesses, we don't want it to ever close. Friendly staff, queues can sometimes be very long but I guess that is because it's the main post office for south Croydon so they have a lot of customers.
I use this post office a lot because I always find their services professional and friendly. I could go elsewhere but I choose to come here as other post offices have lost the art in customer service and manners. Keep up the good work!
