I have no complaints about the staff -- they have always been courteous and helpful to me. The LOCATION, however, is an active insult, being 12 minutes' walk from the nearest tram stop. The former location was adjacent East Croydon station.
I went to collect my order on 10th and I was told my order was sent back to the sender but it hasn't even been 18 days. Now I went back to check again and I've been told once again it been sent back. This is REALLY ANNOYING ME HAVING TO GO BACK AND FORTH.
Which genius relocated to here from next to the station? Terrible access via public transport and zero allocated parking now that parking lot has been taken over as depot. Therefore have to fight for a space on busy industrial street or park miles away and walk 10 minutes.Mgmt need to sort the parking issue out.
Received card from royal mail "something for you" on 29/11/2018.. unable to read reference number...delivery officer duty number is 33...booked for redelivery on 01/12/2018. Didn't received....Stayed home all day.... tried to speak royal mail customer service....waited 40 mins... call stopped automatically... this is really disgraceful....
Staff is always soo good and kind and especially the one Indian young man.He is so helpful.
