I love the self checkout option. And there is always someone to assist you if you need.
The staff here are pleasant enough. It's been very busy every time I've been here and there is usually quite a wait to get served. There's a lot of tills at this post office but not all of them are open most of the time.This post office is open quiet early and closes later than others which is handy for early/late deliveries.
This post office has all the facilities Like bio metric travel insurance money exchange posting and packaging material you can get your International driving Permits as well in 2 mins all you need to do is just fill the form and go to counter staff is busy but very helpful big store they have waiting area where you can sit amazing place I been to so many post offices in my life but this one is very central big nice clean management is good you will get customer advice as well before you go to the counter they have automated machines as well the only thing when you plan to go to this store keep in your mind that if you driving then you have to park your car in parking bays on street where you have to pay these day you can pay with your phone its easy no necessary to keep change in your pocket or get panic where to find change simply go to the parking machine find a number to call enter location number then your car details and then card and job done if not then you have to find parking in whitgift centre or centrale shopping centre then you have to walk towards primark cross the George street on your right hand side you will find this place 100% recommended very professional staff usually they busy some times you won't get that much time to talk with them but they will do your work quickly and properly.
Don't bother going to the staff, the machines would be friendlier.If you are serving customers at a till, please try to smile or at least pretend you care. We're actually being charged for the service you're providing.
