9 Rounds provides such an intense but effective workout that you sweat as if you have trained for 2 hours. Croydon branch has such a welcoming environment and the trainers push you to your limit having a personal trainer feel. All the equipment look pretty much brand new and having trainers there who are real MMA fighters is such a benefit as you do proper pad work. Only been a few times so far but training with Christian is great, Leah is very friendly and the rest I haven't met yet. Has a real family feel and Leah knows everyone by name which is really good. I love that.
I have been visiting this place about a month now. This place is very different from a regular gym. There is constant motivation which keeps you pushing for going ahead and never miss a workout schedule. The training changes everyday so its really interesting. Maria, Issac, Charlotte are friendly and great Trainers.
