Wow I did the best thing ever by ditching my old gym. Yes this more pricey but it really works and has made a big difference to my physical appearance. I would find other gym classes boring now, as the routine changes every day. I can truley say I love it here and the people are great too and a laugh
Great sweat... Jimmy is a great trainer and keeps all members motivated and active. Good facility and equipment. Showers facilities are cool and provide Towels, soap & shampoo
Had a trial session with Park House Rugby Club tonight, thoroughly enjoyed it. Friendly informative team, had a great time, hard workout and look forward to next session.
Absolutely love F45 . The sessions are amazing and Jimmy keeps everyone motivated . For the first time in years I feel really fit again . Cant think of anything negative to be honest , only thing that comes to my mind is the temperature in the studio . Its sometimes warm during the sessions but the are working on it .
