I would advice people to read the reviews before joining. Poor customer care, staff not present on the shop floor to help. Definitely not worth the money and they just make up excuses when you want to cancel.
Great gym for the ladies. you can be free and comfortable as only ladies attend the gym.
Great place to work at! Lovely atmosphere and the new manager we have is great!The gym is very clean, phone calls are answered within 3 rings and ladies are losing weight and inches, which is what its all about!

I wouldn't recommend this gym. I definitely do not advise arranging a FREE guest visit. As you find out half way through the guest visit it's not actually free. I don't feel that I have had a particularly professional experience. You don't book an appointment and have the trainers change half way through an induction that you was bamboozled into signing up too. I would advise you check the reviews on indeed from ex employees. Like one said. They are relentless. They bamboozle you into signing up because if you don't sign up and pay up you can't continue your not FREE guest visit and decide if it's the gym for you.. By that time it's too late. And your arguing your point to get your membership cancelled. Because it's actually not the gym for you after all..Just to update. I have been emailing back and fourth to try and reach a mutual resolution and without warning referred my membership to a debt collectors. If you approach this gym then do so with caution.
