Quick fast friendly and efficient service. Greated immediately on my arrival by the branch manager. The whole booking process lasted approx 5 minutes from start to finish. The vehicles are brand new and from what I could see, we're less then 5 years old. I hired a van and was happy with the vehicle except it had a service light on. Also while driving the vehicle throughout the weekend hire the clutch slipped whilst on the motorway. Not a happy bunny hence the reason I have given this review a 4 star rating.
Not bad good price not the best of service
For me the best rental car in the entire world! It has been the first choice for almost 10 photography trips last year and the experience was always fantastic. Helpful and polite staff that won't push you to include additional insurances to your rental or with pointless proofs of address. Literally it takes about 5 minutes to jump in the car if you're already booked it online. Also, always fresh and clean cars. Recommended to a couple of friends recently and I'm glad to say they really enjoyed the experience keep booking their cars with Enterprise.
Very nice and pleasant staff. Tried to sort out the AC in the car we were given. After a few attempts it still didn't work. We got offered another car with the AC working. Found the staff very polite and helpful
First time using Enterprise and the service was outstanding from start to finish! The price was very reasonable!
