Despite delivering my car to the wrong address, matters were rectified very quickly and professionally. Their branch manager David went out of his way to get a replacement car out to me straight away along with a little upgrade! Very impressed and I would definitely use this branch again.
Absolutely disgusting! They wasted 3 hours of our relocation time for a Van hire. I reserved several days in advance, there was no selection of how I would pay online. Hence I always pay for things on a debit card. I had my driver's license on me and debit card. Simply because they did not forewarn myself that I had to be computer verified OR have a credit card for payment for the hire. The stupid thing is I am leaving my current address as it is, even if my payments defaulted via a credit card the chasing letters would be left behind, despite myself understanding them wanting protection on their vehicle. No computer or management policy common sense just a process Manager jobs worth at South Croydon called David. And especially false TV customer service advert. Very straight forward and excellent service. Easy to use
Friendly staff, good service (South Croydon branch) and a very reasonable price for a nearly new transit van hired for a bank holiday weekend job with just a couple of days notice. Overall I was very happy with the experience and would definitely use Enterprise again in the future.
