Had to update my review: Popped in to deans with a broken chain. He not only replaced it but he found a gold chain to make my bike look better. The boys at dean's garage always provide a great service. I've bought 3 bikes from them all worked soundly. When I first bought a new road bike I have no real idea what I needed, Chris helped me choose and his advice was perfect, right size, right price, right spec. I have my road bike serviced with them and its runs like a dream, 6000 miles and still going fine (they've done such a good service looking after my bike I have no excuse with my wife to buy a new one, dam it !)
Decided to go back to cycling after 15 years of absence & felt very unsure of what to get. The staff were very helpful, honest & reassuring & I was able to leave, feeling confident that I had made the right choice. Thanks very much!
Can't fault the service. Friendly, really know what they're doing and what they're talking about - after sales care is just as good, happy to help - personalised service, they knew what I needed and what I didn't.
Arfter reading the bad review from S and reading response from Deens,, told me they must be a good garage, took my 40+year bike there, was told off the work that needs to be done, the price, the time it would take, they kept to their words and did not try to sell me things that was not needed, helpful approachable staff will keep to deens Garage
