Cowboys. Don't shop here. The bike I bought came with a punctured tyre, no chain oil, the front brakes weren't installed properly and the gears had been left cross chained. Then they refused to give me a refund. Stay away if you know what's good for you.
Bought a bike from here for my nephew. Bike is nice. Throughout the shop they advertise student discounts... however when we arrived it just happened to be the day that these discounts were no longer available... having walked past the shop a few times since they still clearly advertise the student discounts... seems a bit strange to continue to advertise discounts and not actually commit to them... They also advertise money back vouchers when you spend over a certain amount... however, unfortunately the day we bought a bike also happened to be the day this offer expired... despite this they continue to advertise the offers in store... disappointing againHave bought bikes from here previously and never had a problem so was suprised and disappointed on this occassion
I was served my Joe D, a very patient young man. I went into the shop on 3 separate occasions, tried several bikes. He measured them up for me several times, as being petite and female it's hard to get a good fit bike. He went above and beyond his call of duty. He was never pushy just incredibly genuine and helpful. Thank you Joe, you were fab. Really really excellent customer service.
