I can never access my funds. They constantly block my debit card for no good reason and the staff are rude and unhelpful. I'm closing my account because Santander keep leaving me without good and transport due to the constant blocking of my card.Lloyds was never this evil and they cared where as Santander dont
The staff here is lazy and unhelpful. All they want to do is to avoid helping you.
