This was my very first visit to this branch. Despite huge pressure, the person who looked after me was cheerful and efficient. Managed to solve my problem. I can certainly recommend this branch.

This branch is useless there is always a queue loads of people are waiting doesn't matter what time you go in why are there people meet and greeting rather than staff that can actually do something for the customers would they not be better dealing with the counter customers doing something useful and moving the queues along HATE this branch better to travel to Caterham or Redhill where the staff take care and deal with you quickly and efficiently think on Croydon branch you are useless compared to the other 2
