Overpriced and incompetent uncaring staff. I am sure if it was their own pets being cared for they would have a different attitude.Also. being told it could be a thyroid problems by the Vet. Which turned out not to be the case at all, but terminal.The Vet could not even telephone my partner in the time frame being told yesterday, he had to keep calling.The Vet is basically overpaid and paid more in this Country as well, where in her own Country she would earn FAR LESS.
This vets is friendly, with exceptional staff very clean and wonderful atmosphere. Due to the service of the staff on every visit I could not take my pets anywhere else. Flawless all round for us thank you for being the best in Croydon x
Very good place to go to look after your pets
Been attending this practice for many many years. Dissapointed to find Dean had retired, cant blame him tho. The girls I have known for years too so we are reluctant to go elsewhere. Its the same all over places being taken over by big companies. Will see how things go.
