The worst vets in Purely, Dr Obi is amazing however it's under new management and I'm sorry to say but he doesn't have your pets interested at heart he just wants your money, he is a liar and has no customer service. Terrible place plus making a booking is a joke and then waiting is between 45 minutes to an hour, plus they don't even apologise for the wait or let you know about the waiting time!!!!

I wouldn't even rate 1 star. I emailed a query about why I was charged twice for blood test set ups when I'd already been charged for blood test on another invoice I didn't have a reply for weeks and then was told they're too busy I'd have to come into the store, I was chased like a criminal because I hadn't paid even though I set up a finance agreement they must have forgot to sort their end, so I went into the store where the woman was extremely rude and said I'd need to speak to the vet re. My query who wasn't in but happily sorted taking my money from me but I am still going back and forth trying to sort out the finance agreement as they claimed for way too much than what I should be paying and they just ignore emails and I have never gotten a reply re the overcharge on my invoices. On top of it all I paid a grand with no diagnoses of my cats illness whatsoever.

Everyone there is always so lovely and helpful. They are all doing an amazing job. Thank you!!!

We had one of their pet plans for our dog for 5 years now, excellent value for money and worth every penny. Obi, the vet, is brilliant and we would recommend this practice 100%.

If you want a simple vaccination or a treatment for flees that is an excellent practice, of course there is the 30 minutes standard of waiting once you arrive for your appointment. But if you pet is ill and need care and needs to be followed by a vet forget it. There is a high staff turnover, medications not always available, continuous & detrimental tests, so much I got the strong suspicion their various temporary vets may get a bonus for every test and examination they do.One day I just had enough, I just couldnt not longer put up with their bullying, with their unstable behaviour, with their demands of continuos and expensive and unnecessary test & blood tests.I went to another vet, I cant believe the difference it has made on my life & my cat life. They didnt think it was a good idea a blood test just yet, got the medication and after one for the first time my pet has great appetite, his coat is shiny, and the medications are really effective. I am so glad I got rid of them!
