These people are for some reason incapable of booking twin rooms, leaving you to deal with it when you arrive at the hotel. Incompetent. Avoid.

The so call manager sat down with me and it looked like i was wasting her time. I wanted to find some flights and just wanted a few quotes a few destinations as i was undecided. She told me she would only look up 2 of the destinations. Darling its your job to search for me. Not sure how you made it as a manager but if flight centre put these people in charge then they clearly have no clue.Needless to say i was already put of by her facial expressions. I was even told the flights were too much. Really?? Well i walked into thomson a few doors away and they actually took the the time to sit with me and go through what i wanted to book. We finally found something i liked for the dates and times. Needless to say. They got my business of 2x 1st class return tickets. Will tell my father to not use flight centre as he has in the past.
