I am somewhat bemused by previous (negative) reviews. It must rather depend who you deal with. I have just had an excellent experience and service from Sarah, who has booked a very complex and exciting trip for us to New Zealand for a family wedding. She couldn't have been more helpful. We had many wishes to be fulfilled; Sarah was full of excellent advice and helpful suggestions and we are extremely pleased with the itinerary that she has put together for us.

Spoke to this company earlier this week, I can only suggest that you avoid ! Reservations staff are unprofessional and have no clue about anything! I wanted to book a holiday and nobody had any idea. Overpriced and RUDE STAFF! AVOID
