Will Donker is still a 5 star agent no doubt. Unfortunately another agent was looking after my property and the service provided was woeful. No feedback constantly me chasing up. 2 months on still looking for a tenant stringing me along mentioning a client which they were finalising references on - nothing materialised. Placed with another agency, great tenants found in less than a week. Conclusion if you are a landlord and are looking for tenants through Choices Will Donker is the guy to use else try someone else.
Very bad agency ,they are bunch of thiefs ,I rented an apartment for almost 2 years never once did I miss payments. Done all was required for my check out, then comes the time to pay my deposit back they made a deal with the landlord to deprive me from my money, they made a cunning bill ,choices does not care about their client, bad customer services, and I'm sure we will all have fun in court.
we wanted to find a good place and got lucky with meeting Will Dockor. we cant thank Will enough. A first class professional who really cares about his customers. He kept us informed all the time and provided us with options. If you are thinking of renting in the croydon area, call Choices and ask for Will.
