Appleton Estates have been a great estate agents to deal with. When I viewed the property, Jay was very friendly, clear and was able to answer all my queries. When dealing with issues such as repairs, Appleton estates promptly replied to all my requests for maintenance to be carried out. I found Jody to be particularly helpful in providing our property with a hoover, which has allowed us to easily maintain the carpeted communal areas.I'm docking one star because when I moved into the property, there was no central heating, despite being promised that there would be. It wasn't until 3-4 months after moving in that the heating got sorted out.
