Diana Goodwin was my physiotherapist in November and December 2018 during recovery from a double knee replacement operation which took place in September. Progress with knee flexibility and body and leg strengthening exercises was rapid. As a rock climber and mountaineer I wanted to return to these activities and Diana tailored the exercise routine to help that. I am now climbing regularly (twice a week) at a climbing wall and doing mountain walks. Amazing! Thank you Diana and Back In Shape; you helped me get my life back.
