I'm not usually one for writing reviews but currently feel compelled to share my experience. Many, many, MANY thanks to Tim and his team. This is my second bout of physio in two years. The amazing Rebecca sorted out the rotator cuff issue in my left shoulder over a year ago; I've been seeing the marvellous Alex for 6x sessions recently, helping me regain mobility in my left rotator cuff. Still no idea what caused it but I'm back to 80% mobility already not managed to swing a golf club for 8 months now.I would overwhelmingly recommend Croydon Physio. I cant begin to explain the tremendous relief I have experienced after only a few sessions.I have TWO strong suggestions:1: Don't wait or hesitate about going to get advice from this excellent Pratice; if you're suffering, get down there and have an assessment; delaying repair will undoubtedly prolong your agony as well as increase the time and physio cost it will take to get better.2: When they say 'ice it', go and purchase a couple of gel packs I found two on Amazon for 6 and stick them in the freezer; apply them as instructed - it is absolutely magic! I delayed doing this for the first 3x sessions. I subsequently found INTENSE relief by icing my shoulder for 30 minutes, twice a day. To be honest, the thought of bags of ice cubes dripping on me / my clothes put me off; the gel packs do an excellent jobOverall, I can't fault the service. Ample parking available with 'block me in - I'm here all day' notices; easy appointment making; online / text reminders; credit card payment; clean, tidy and fully equipped treatment rooms.Thank you so much Tim, Alex and the rest of the team. I've already referred two of my friends who have both commented on your excellent Practice. Please keep up the great and very rewarding service!
Great clinic, lovely, relaxed environment to be treated in. I was treated with respect, care and dignity. I was given straightforward advice and exercises I could do at home. Tim made me feel comfortable and listened to my story so he could understand my situation as a whole. I would recommend Tim and team to anyone looking for quality physiotherapy, and trusted, non-salesy consultation. I often come across other people in the local area who also rate this clinic highly so it shows their standards are consistent. Thanks guys!
Peter aka "The Magician. I have seen peter on and off for the past 4 years with different kinds of injurys and could not be happier with my overall progress, with little recovery time i was able to play sport and lift weights much sooner than i predicted. Very friendly i couldn't recommend a better physiotherapist.
One star is way too generous. Diabolical, amateur little outfit run by people with zero customer relations skills. I would not recommend this rude, arrogant little practice (they clearly need practice) to my worst enemy.
Friendly, professional service. Made me feel very comfortable & really helped my neck. Well worth every penny & I would highly recommend.
