I have used this shop for years. They used to groom my west highland terrier, Ted. I have now got 2 Dalmatians and they have always been really helpful and nice to my dogs as they are both rescued and a bit naughty well very naughty. I have bought lots of leads, treats etc. Staff are very knowledgeable. The son of the owner is extremely knowledgeable about the care of birds. I have always found the staff really nice. Mike
Long story short, they took in my lost bunny. Went to pick him up and found he'd been very well cared for. Lovely staff, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Great range of pet supplies at reasonable prices. I'll be back!

What can I say? Scallywags is a brilliant pet shop full of very knowledgable, caring and friendly staff. What theyre staff dont know about animals isnt worth knowing, theyre always so willing to help and cater to every pets needs. The animals in this pet shop always look impeccably well cared for the cages are always clean, full of enriching toys and lovely food including veggies. The level of love and passion for animals is so clear to see, even the rabbits that Ive seen being groomed while Ive been shopping always seem to be handled with such due care and attention. The shop always looks clean and tidy and very well stocked, the range of products they sell is amazing it ranges from small animal products to dog toys and treats! The selection of dog treats in this place is amazing, my dog always drags me down the road to get into scallywags as quickly as she possibly can! I would 100% recommend to anyone that wants to go to a decent pet shop where the staff actually love their job as well as the animals and customers that come through the door! Keep up the excellent service!!!!
My rabbits have been groomed and boarded at Scallywags for the past few years. I've always been impressed by the quality of the service I've received and the care the bunnies get. The most impressive thing about this shop is the way the staff passionately care about the animals they sell, board and groom. It's a well run family business and whoever you speak to in the shop, you'll always receive the best service from knowledgeable people. I can't recommend the shop highly enough. Your pets will be in very safe hands!
