We had been bringing our 3x pets here for almost 4 years and now no longer use them, ALWAYS busy no matter what time your appointment is for you land up waiting at least 45 minutes to an hour to see the Dr/nurse, it's under new management and I'm sorry but he has NO clue about customer service treated me like an absolute idiot, and lied over the phone! Dr Obi is the best there wish he worked at the new vets which we have moved too, they are really friendly and helpful, no issues with bookings and really good with our pets plus they have given us more information on what our pets need where at pets for home are more about making money! I would never come back here again.
Nice big clean shop. Staff very helpful but it can get very busy especially over the weekend. Better to go during the week if you can
Perfect place to take my dd for a stroll to look at their range of animals. She enjoys it best during summer.
Very large shop in waddon . Easy access by buses or even the nearby BR station. The reptilian section is not extensive ( no wide sekection of heat lamps etc).. but for urgent food and basic setup it is sufficient. Rest of the shop seems well stocked
Slightly annoyed... Went in to get an item that I needed on Monday, to be told they don't have it in stock and she personally garuntees that they won't have it in for ages.... And convinces me to buy a smaller more expensive one.. Telling me they won't sell it in any store.... So I go in for my collection to see a massive stock of it by the door on entrance and the shelves are full of them..... She then refuses to even make eye contact with me because she knows she's messed up. Why lie? Just so you can get a silly little bonus? Well I hope you feel good about wasting my time. Learn your job!
