Good cinema, but they never have enough tills open, queues are always longer than they should be. Other than that, good staff, clean and good screen sizes and sound system. Quite sure it's not Atmos, so that needs to change in the near future.
The cinema has numerous screens and all the latest films. However, when we entered the relevant screen this evening, while the cleaners were there, they didn't seem to be doing much cleaning. A result was that the seat next to me was covered in popcorn, and was soaking wet.
The Cinema itself is not bad, a few large screens available which is good. The only issues with this place is the toilets are always dirty and not enough staff on the counters.Otherwise the experience once you are seated is pretty good. (VIP) recommended, a few pound more, but worth it.
Good cinema with lots of big screens. Usually very tidy and the staff are pleasant. Unsurprisingly the food and drinks are overpriced but that's the same with all cinemas. They're not too fussed when you bring your own food/drink which isn't a bad thing.
A bit shabby around the edges, the escalators and self-service machines always seem to be breaking down. As with most cinemas it seems to take forever to get popcorn and drinks. They do have Ben & Jerry's and a half-decent coffee, and the screens are cleaned well between films. They also have plenty of booster seats for little ones. The car park fills up quickly during peak times. On Friday & Saturday nights it can be quicker to park nearer to Boots.
