The cinema itself was as good as always, with comfortable seats, a sensibly priced bar and generally well managed. Whilst not a criticism of the David Lean cinema per se, I have to say that the toilets available to patrons are probably the dirtiest and most poorly maintained in the Borough. Shameful.
I'm a volunteer so I am abit biased but it's a great place to watch a film and have a drink...in a relaxed atmosphere...
Wonderful small cinema with comfy seats a great little selection of well priced food and drink to take in with you. Feels like a real community of people with an appreciation for film and using the screenings as a way to socialise and chat about the film afterwards. An absolute asset to Croydon.
A lovely hidden gem run by the people for the people
This is very close to both stations in Croydon and a lovely little gem, the room sits about 50 people and it's quite small and intimate which I liked. I got to see Call Me by Your Name for 5 which is a very good deal. Would definitely go back.
