They have good offers for collections. Their garlic bread pizza is one of it's kind. Our go-to place once a week at the very least. So far, always had my order ready by specified time. Good staff.
Worst dominos I have been to in 10 year customer service extremely low and staff are rude and are not trained to deal with complaints. I bought a pizza from this shop yesterday for my kids as I work for the ambulance service and I was run late for work i bought the pizza home and rushed of to work, to find out after work my kids COULD not HAVE eaten the pizza as there was hair in the pizza extremely upset I called the store I asked to speak to the manager I was told I was speaking to the manger until I explained what had happen I was told I was now going to be put on the phone to the manager I then had to explain everything again they said they are going to launch a full investigation, then they ask what evidence do I have..... should my kids have took a picture?? this hair should of never been in the pizza SIMPLE.
The pizza itself was fine, however having decided to collect the experience was pretty bad - the technology side was fine and keeping me updated however the in store staff were pretty useless not coming to give my pizza even though I was the only customer in the shop with the order clearly visible on the screen. The staff were too busy either talking or on mobiles checking social media to bother serving so that experience was pretty bad though the food itself was to the normal standards you expect from Domino's. Maybe delivery would have been a better option, but I guess that's why you get a better deal for walk ins!
