Dont waste your time. Complete bunch of liars advertising 49 as the price to unlock your door. I have tried to post a review on their website but surprise, surprise its not showing - just a load of fake 5* reviews. I spoke to a guy called Chris who told me that a locksmith would be with me in 30 mins. After 30 mins went by, I called again and was told the person would arrive shortly. The locksmith arrived after a total of 55 mins. When he arrived he told me that before he did anything, his call out charge was 45 and 75 to pop open the door. When I said that wasnt what was agreed, I called Chris. Chris re-confirmed 49 and said he would contact the company and get back to me. After 20 mins I called Chris back as I hadnt heard from him and all of a sudden Chris was unavailable, but his colleague said he would call me back shortly.Given the urgency of my situation, a tenant was locked in his room, I agreed to pay 45 call out, 75 to open the door plus vat totalling 144 - a big difference from 49. It took a few minutes to open the door, a very quick job for an extortionate price.Dont be conned like I was. This company trade on their lies, offer a cheap price and use independent locksmiths who will always charge their fee. Meanwhile Chris collects his 45 from the locksmith. The locksmith knew about their tactics but didnt want to get drawn into the matter.By the way Chris never called me back.
Worst locksmith ever. Been trying to get through to them for two hours keep speaking to people, not getting anywhere. DO NOT USE AT ALL COSTS. They are a joke.
Same as above.Partner spoke with Chris and booked in on advance (no fee according to website).Gary arrived, had 2 locks replaced. Neither was the price quoted on the website and was charged 49 (unfortunately was unaware it should have been free if booked in advance). Locks were vastly inflated compared to website prices too.Had to bank transfer to Gary. Garys invoice didnt contain a VAT number and looks like the company was struck off from companies house in 2013. Garuntee on invoice was 3 years instead of 5 as advertised... not sure Id be confident even getting 3.Waited 4 weeks to post this as wanted to give them the opportunity to return the 49. Unfortunately theyve now started ignoring.Have also reported to trading standards.
Same experience as Kelly below. Got charged way over what's quoted on the phone even though their website advertise that you will only pay the quote on the phone lol.
Called this lowcost locksmith haha.Spoke to Chris.was quoted 49.The guy they sent out was Gary.Who used a card to open the door in second and ask for 108.59 Labour .The 49 is call out.I called Chris back he said maybe the locks were changed.We only paid 49 reluctantly.These people are like muggers.Don't use them.
