I was recently over-charged for a locksmith service by another company, and I reached out to Lardner Locksmiths for a quote to prove to the other company that their prices were extortionate. Jon didn't have to do anything as I wasn't a paying customer, but he very kindly took the time out to help me, and provided me with a very competitive quote that eventually resulted in a refund from the other company. If only more businesspeople were like this!

I got locked out of my home today. I left my house keys in my car in the garage (which was locked). The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was very calm and helped me to stop panicking. He got a member of his team to come out to me (there within half an hour) and he arrived with a smile. A few minutes later, I had my house keys, a new garage padlock and was back in my home. I highly recommend this company. Both men were amazing and I am truly grateful to them for helping me to get back in to my house.
