A large, airy library that is located in the same building as the Oasis Park secondary school but is open to the public. It has books, DVDs to borrow and computers to use, which I found invaluable several years ago when job searching without regular access to a computer. There are events held on throughout the month and they have regular children's events about once a week. Although the children's area is on a separate part of the library, they are singing nursery rhymes and the sound carries, so sometimes it can get a bit loud. There's plenty of comfortable seating, chairs, desks and arm chairs.

I went here to study thinking this was a quiet place.There was kids running around shouting and crying like wild animalBoth librarians and supervisor seemed to think this was ok and normal.The kids could be outside if they want to shout and scream.Silly me for thinking a library was a no talking quiet place for reading and peaceful studying and a place for education.How wrong.It is croydon though what did I expect!Absolutely no control and a complete disregard for the public library
