Jewellery is all lovely. The service wasn't quite the best. The staff member walked off to chat with colleagues and we were unsure if we were even finished with the exchange as she hadn't said anything.
Went there just before Christmas as the kids wanted to get their mum a charm, service was very good but the queue was crazy
Love my local store its a bit on the small size but always have what I want. The staff are very helpful and friendly whenever I go to purchase a gift or to get a charm for myself.
Very bad experience today with customer service. Queued for 20 mins to get in then after finding the charm I wanted was told I had to join the Queue again as the the sales assistant who was originally serving me was serving someone else. This would have been another 20 minute wait. don't do reviews but I'm very very annoyed and had to express my thoughts about the service at this shop. I will definitely not be going back to this shop and will go online in the future that way I will not have to endure bad customer service from staff.
They've got a decent deal on at the moment. Started off with one sales assistant who was VERY helpful, butt add she was finishing she asked her colleague to take her, she DIDN'T want to, so she grudgingly served us with a stroppy look on her face for the duration. Pandora AREN'T cheap, and it appears that some staff definitely need to improve there customer service. Will go to a different branch in future where my custom may be appreciated.
