Took my ring in to replace lost diamond. It came back replacement diamond loose. I went back with in ten minutes. They sent it back but this time it came back with different band with no hallmark. I soon noticed my 2000 ring has lost its sparkle. The stones now have flurarence. The repair guy messed up and switched the ring band and some of the stones for lower grade. The shop counter guys good but their repair is terrible.

I went here for a new battery to be fitted. They told me to come back in 10 mins, upon my return I didn't initially notice a problem but after three days my wrist had developed an open wound so I had to remove the watch. I have had the watch for two years and have never taken it for a repair of any type so these people where the first to handle my watch. I went back to the shop and showed them that they had damaged my Micheal Kors watch and they refused to accept responsibility for it. They were very unapologetic and showed me the "plastic ball" they claim to have used to open my watch. I felt very unwelcomed at this point as they had a clear attitude and disregard to the damage caused to my skin by the scratched/dented watch. I wasn't able to wear the watch for months but decided to look for a professional to help with my problem. After taking my watch to the watch repairs in East croydon train station this week they managed to file down the damage clearly caused by a solid metal object as a plastic ball would not be able to dent any type of metal. They then where able to show me the metal tool this original shop would have used to open up my watch because they couldn't get the correct suction using the plastic ball.I would highly recommend the watch repairs in east croydon over this shop. They where so polite and they fixed the damage caused free of charge. They have such good manners and where very understanding and explained to me how albone damaged my goods. I would insert photos of the broken skin if it was possible and the ugly scab I had on my wrist. This business made a mistake and refused to own up to it which is the worst part. They looked me dead in the eyes and wouldn't accept it was their bad workmanship. They did not even offer me a refund.

I received my watch the day after I purchased better than the description was kept informed from start to finish. Definitely would recommend 5 star service

I've pretty much bought all my watches and jewellery for the Mrs from this shop . I like the advice given to me in cases where I have had something custom made and the general professional approach from start to finish. Highly recommend!
